Elon Musk made it clear during an interview with Tucker Carlson on Monday night that he doesn’t regret his X post about why no one tried to assassinate Kamala Harris or Joe Biden.

On Sunday, September 15, the CEO of X, Tesla and SpaceX sparked outrage when he responded to a social media post about a second alleged assassination attempt against Donald Trump.

Why do they want to kill Donald Trump? The post was read

“And no one is even trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala,” Musk replied, followed by a thinking face emoji.

Musk joined former Fox News anchor Carlson on X on Monday, where he was asked about the scandal.

“I joked that no one would even try to kill Kamala because it would be pointless,” he said. “What do you get? Nothing. They just put in another doll.”

“That’s profoundly true,” replied conservative commentator Carlson.

“Some people interpreted it as if I was inviting people to assassinate [Harris]Musk continued with a laugh, but I was like… “Nobody tries to assassinate a doll.”

The tech giant’s post came after alleged gunman Ryan Wesley Roth was caught carrying a gun over the fence of Trump’s golf course in Florida while the Republican presidential candidate was playing.

Authorities said Ruth was spotted by Secret Service agents who opened fire, causing him to flee the scene. The suspect was soon arrested.

Musk later deleted his comment following the uproar.

“One lesson I’ve learned is that just because I say something to a group and they laugh doesn’t mean it’s going to be as funny as a post on X,” he added in a later post.

“It turns out that jokes are funnier when people don’t know the context and the presentation is in plain text.”

Musk endorsed Trump earlier this summer after the first attempt to kill the former president at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13.

The endorsement reinforced the tech entrepreneur’s personal shift to the right since the Covid-19 pandemic, after which he conducted an interview with Trump on X Spaces, which in turn introduced Musk as a potential future member of his second administration. By reducing inefficiency in the functioning of the federal government.

Musk has said he would “like” to serve in a second Trump administration, and appeared alongside the candidate at his return to Butler on Saturday, introducing himself as a member of the Dark Maga and warning that if Harris and If Wales win in November, the country’s future is at stake.

After falling out with Trump, Musk admitted to Carlson on Monday that he would “fight” Trump if he doesn’t win on Nov. 5.

“It seems so,” laughed the expert.

I say, how long do you think my prison term will be? Will I see my children? I don’t know, Musk replied.

“I have no plausible deniability and I have wasted Kamala endlessly!”
